Mrs. Tamilarasi mentioned that the power of youth will shine when they love their job. She was impressed that the 5K team had opened their 171st branch, now expanding to 176 branches. She was mesmerized by the franchise launch preparations, which showed the hard work of the 5K team. The promotional activities, such as pamphlet distribution, teamwork, and roadside activities, also amazed her. She realized that the team's hard work had made them successful.

He had started his journey as a technician in the year of 2018. He was promoted for his dedication and hard work as a Regional Tec. Now, he is happily continuing his 5th-year journey. He was very grateful for the 5K; he is now leading his family stably. He also recognized that Slow and Study won the race. He slowly achieved sustainable growth and also improved his personality. His parents were shocked to hear that their son would be the chief guest of the Attur branch launch. His two brothers are also working as supervisors at 5K Car Care.

She mentioned that Dr. Karthickkumar Chinnaraj was a hardworking and disciplined young man who reached his peak. Therefore, they are happy to place their students in 5K Car Care. She also shared an inspiring story about a crow that didn't like itself and asked a sage if it could become another bird. In this story, a sage advises a crow to seek advice from other birds about discovering its identity. The crow first asked an eagle, who said it always lived alone. The eagle suggested asking a parrot, who said it always lived in a cage despite its beauty. The parrot then recommended asking a peacock, who said that it couldn't be seen everywhere despite being the National bird. Finally, the crow realized it was the only bird seen everywhere, giving it a sense of freedom and identity. The story's moral is that we should learn from positive attitudes and avoid negative ones to discover our true selves.

However, after the reviews from their students, they trust 5K; from there, his priority is 5K Car Care for their student's internship. Mr.Ajith Kumar is our employee. He has been working in 5K Car Care for 7 years; because of his hard work and dedication, he got promotions and increments with growth. He has worked in nearly 10 branches and trained almost 100 employees. In Pollachi, there are 70 customers, with 10 AMC customers who are inspired by his services. One of them came to his home to invite him to his marriage. He felt overwhelmed by that happening. He also enjoyed competitions like the Champions Premier League (CPL) and Trip Premier League (TPL). And he appreciated our awards like Raja Raja Cholan. He also improved his personality in 5K. He wished to build 1000 more branches and train 2000 employees.

He beautifully described the launch of 5K in Chinnasalem. 8 are considered a lucky number for Chinnasalem. In 1948, a new school was built for students from 1st to 5th grade. Then in 1958, a high school was built, followed by the building of separate schools for girls and boys in 1968. In 1978, a higher secondary school was built, and finally, in 1988, a college was established. Surprisingly, 5K Car Care is launching its 168th branch in Chinnasalem. He also gave his blessings to the owner of the branch.

In 2021, a new branch was opened where she previously worked in IT. She was decisive in achieving their goals and never lost her trust. She trusts 5K Car Care because they always support their franchise owners through thick and thin. She also advised new entrepreneurs to have patience, aim for the best, learn the process, and continuously improve themselves. She mentioned that the awards offered by 5K were very unique. She launched the 24th branch along with 5K, and now, with the addition of the 168th branch in Chinnasalem, she is happy to have traveled this journey with 5K.

He has been traveling for 15 years with 5K. He worked as a technician and was happy to be the chief guest. The best part of working with 5K was analyzing and continuously training employees by correcting their mistakes. He worked for 713 days in 5K due to his hard work, advising everyone to be loyal. Despite receiving other job opportunities, he refused them because he wanted to make 5K a renowned brand. He also wished to continue traveling with 5K for many years. He underlined that if we remain committed to 5K, the CEO will never forget us. We are a team known for producing the most ceramics nationwide.
